Your Responsibilities
As a key member of our Corporate Accounting team, you will:
- Contribute to IFRS Accounting Excellence – Act as a subject-matter expert for IFRS-related topics within the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring compliance and high-quality financial reporting.
- Drive Financial Consolidation – Prepare IFRS consolidated financial statements and ensure efficient, timely reporting to our parent company.
- Advise and Support Subsidiaries – Be the go-to expert for our international subsidiaries and business units, guiding them through complex IFRS accounting challenges and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Ensure Audit Readiness – Serve as a key contact for external auditors, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance.
- Innovate and Optimize – Take ownership of strategic projects and process improvements in Corporate Accounting, driving efficiencies and best practices across the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional with:
- A degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance with a focus on International Accounting and/or Auditing.
- 5+ years of experience in a leading audit firm or within the corporate accounting and IFRS policy department of an international company.
- Deep expertise in IFRS accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a high level of initiative.
- Experience with MS Office; familiarity with SAP consolidation modules is a plus.
