What we care about: You are a registered student in Business Administration (BWL) or Engineering. You have an good command of English and German at B2 level or above. You will also have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently. You also have good planning and action tracking skills. You have innovative ideas for simplification by reducing the complexity of parts and processes. You possess strong project management skills, including the ability to influence and persuade, foster collaboration and networking, prioritize, plan, solve problems and achieve sustainable results. You have a good mindset and knowledge, adapting to Agile ways of working that are more flexible, efficient, and provide speed. #lifeison
Your tasks:

• Consolidate the backlog list with all actions categorized as new or requiring adaptation (MS Excel, Multitasking).
• Prepare sprint planning for the decided tasks and follow up on the weekly actions (Action tracking and ownership).
• Coordinate manufacturing resources to deliver increments within the factory/region for the sprints (People management and project management).
• Understand ideas for simplification of references and parts, and develop an action plan with detailed information on savings, timeline, and execution plan.
• Lead continuous improvement of agile experiments in the plant squad team and collaborate with stakeholders through regular reflection and practice to maximize customer priorities.
