Tasks

As a Purchaser at 2D, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on excellence in our procurement strategy, ensuring the highest quality for our products. This position will report directly to the management team. 2D Datarecording, established in 1993 and now a part of MYLAPS Sport Technology, is based in Karlsruhe, Germany, and specializes in cutting-edge data recording solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement a purchasing strategy that ensures high product quality, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all relevant documentation
• Set up and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) files
• Achieve KPIs agreed upon between you and your manager
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers

Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement at a professional level
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in both English and German (written and spoken)
• Strong numerical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel
