For our location in 97828 Marktheidenfeld we are looking for a Test Engineer (f/m/d) industrial communication on Ethernet-based networks. Design the "Industrial Internet of Things" and solutions for Industry 4.0 with us! As an experienced Test Engineer (f/m/d) for communication in automation technology, you will deal with the execution of hardware system tests, based on internal and external requirements and standards.
Your IMPACT:
- Cooperation with various international R&D product areas for the specification and implementation of Industrial protocol
- Ensure Internal certification of equipment and support of product areas in external certifications according to Schneider Electric standards
- Work together with experts on definition of existing and new Interoperability Test Strategies
- Ensure interoperability of industry assets and solutions by supporting the creation and implementation of general rules, requirements and internal standards by performing Interoperability and certification tests
- Experience the diverse possibilities of a global corporation with development centers spread across all continents

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Computer Engineering or comparable apprenticeship
- Good knowledge of communication systems in automation technology (e.g. PROFINET & EtherNet/IP)
- Experience in automation technology including device integration into software products
- Knowledge of PLC programming languages
- Curious to discover and apply new technologies
- Fluent written and spoken English completes your profile; German is an advantage.
