Regional Manager France (all genders) – Location Paris CDG

Your future tasks:

Condor is further spreading its wings and is taking on new city flights from major European airports connecting popular vacation destinations with Frankfurt and beyond.

The Regional Manager is responsible for the safe, punctual, customer-oriented, economical and compliant handling of all Condor flights in the assigned region.

  • Ensuring and maintaining a safe operation in line with relevant legislation, prescribed working practices, and local / international law and managing all aspects of customer experience during the airport journey
  • Ensuring continuity, coordination, and control of ground service partner (GSP) at assigned stations; facilitating local coordination between other operationally relevant groups such as maintenance, crew, engineering, catering, tour operators, airport authorities, etc.
  • Representing Condor locally at stations where corporate presence is appropriate to further company goals and objectives
  • Ensuring excellent airline performance at assigned locations, achieving operational, strategic, commercial, and revenue / cost objectives and targets
  • Functioning as a liaison between headquarter and local GSP management
  • Providing local expertise and insight to relevant Condor departments and maintaining awareness of the competitive environment through benchmarking
  • Ensuring a strategy is in place to successfully open seasonal and ad hoc stations, and ensuring readiness for the same

Your profile with a passion for aviation:

  • Completed university degree or completed commercial training in conjunction with equivalent knowledge and skills as well as qualifications in aircraft handling
  • Sound qualifications in the station area through completed station training and qualifications in the areas of passenger and aircraft handling as well as several years of successful work in the OPS area
  • Analytical thinking, sound judgment, authoritative manner and negotiating skills as well as an independent and autonomous way of working with a high sense of responsibility
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills as well as good written and spoken French and English skills
  • Good IT user skills (handling and OPS systems, office applications)
  • High flexibility and willingness to cooperate, good teamwork and social skills
  • High resilience and commitment, driving license, ability to work flexible hours and if necessary willingness to take on assignments at home and abroad
